Choose a type of program below that best suits your fitness needs, and I will work with you to create a Personalized 4 Week Exercise Program based around YOUR goals and YOUR level of training experience and the equipment you have available.

The human body is truly a fascinating machine. We are all such capable beings and have the potential to be and do whatever we put our minds to. Unfortunately we experience barriers and blockades in our life that stop us and slow us down from reaching our desired goals. Let me help you jump over and bust through those barriers, and together we can reach those goals you have always wanted.

​"Stedman served as my personal trainer for 10 months, until I moved to Baltimore, MD. We started training twice a week; however I decided to increase that to three times a week due to the improvements that I noticed myself making. We did a lot of performance and Olympic movements such as power cleans, push jerks, and back and front squats. Stedman helped bring me out of a 2 year period of not working out! His method of incorporating heavy weights and challenging cardio such as H.I.I.T. reduced my body fat percentage. G.R.I.T. Bootcamp

Getting Results with Intense Training

The G.R.I.T Summer Bootcamp is a mixture of cardio and strength training using your body weight,resistance bands, kettle bells, ladders, and jump ropes . It is suitable for people of all fitness levels. We do things in intervals to keep your heart rate going and maximize the fat burning. It is a challenging and dynamic workout with unique exercises to shock your body. The instructors will motivate you and encourage you to do your best, but not past the point of discomfort.  The workouts will last 60mins, and costs $10 per session.

Bootcamps are held every Wednesday or Thursday evening in North Raleigh.
